Fueling creative play is one of the most important things we can do to prepare children for the future. Play is not only foundational for child development but can also help children process and heal from the impact of living through stress and trauma.
At the Amaayni Center, students participate in inclusive sports, dance classes, and art therapy.
We helped start and continue to support Best Buddies Uganda, which gives children the chance to build one-on-one friendships through inclusive activities. This program is creating a new generation of disability advocates for a more inclusive world.
EVERY CHILD SHOULD EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF PLAY!
